ABOUT ABOUT

Do you want to grow your revenues, improve your margins, and become more competitive? Then the fully-subsidised Black Country Advanced Services Growth Programme for SMEs is for you. Hear how one local company Nicklin Transit Packaging has achieved this and what support is on offer for your business.  This event is aimed at manufacturers and technology-innovating SMEs in the Black Country, ideally with more than 5 and less than 250 employees. Company decision makers and directors would benefit most from attending.

Attendees will be able to register for a fully-subsided programme to help them grow their revenues, improve their margins, and become more competitive.

Since 2012 Aston Business School has supported over 150 companies to servitize through in-depth, longitudinal engagement, business model innovation, organisational transformation and new technology adoption. The results have been impressive and based on financial data provided by the firms, shifting to a servitization model led to growth totalling £30 million across the 150 firms.

Nicklin Transit Packaging, will share their experience of the programme which led them to increase their workforce from 80 to 125 by introducing a range of advanced services and the impact this had on their revenues.

This programme is now available and fully-subsidised to Black Country SMEs for the first time. This project is part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund.
