ABOUT ABOUT

An interactive workshop looking at the role, responsibilities and legal duties of a director. The event is aimed at new Directors or Aspiring Directors who feel they need a better overview of their key duties and responsibilities. It is important, as a new or aspiring Director, to know what your responsibilities and liabilities are and what the key laws and compliance issues may be in order to avoid any early pitfalls. There will be an introductory overview followed by an interactive workshop, whereby scenarios will be shared but also Directors can bring their legal/compliance issues for discussion and support. Attendees will get access to real scenarios and real time advice about their own workplace worries, concerns and ideas - leaving with a better understanding of how to approach them going forward.
