ABOUT ABOUT

*Limited places* Are you missing out on talented employees who are in the market for jobs, because of your recruitment policy? There are thousands of potential employees who are currently being overlooked. We will be showcasing a few initiatives that exist to support employers and businesses to recruit from a wider talent pool. We can help you to identify talent, support existing employees and progress people within your business. An invaluable guide to recruitment for all organisations for the 21st Century labour market. There will be others on hand to answer questions and highlight successful case studies.

The event is aimed at employers and business owners.  The event focuses on the retention, development and recruitment of people in a changing labour market. Finding the right people for your business in a time of low unemployment and what support is out there to support business with this.

You will gain an insight into a number of initiatives such as See Potential, Disability Confident and Access to work.
