ABOUT ABOUT

Explore In-Comm Training Services’ technical academy, filled with new technologies provided by our expert technical partners. Alongside guest speakers and demonstrations you will be guided around the facilities by apprentices, hear their story and view the world-class technologies they’re using as part of their learning journey.

Attendees will gain an insight into the role of an apprentice, experience advanced technologies supporting the manufacturing sector and how our technical partners (Blum Novotest, Engineering Technology Group, Hyfore Workholding, Hexagon MI, HK Holdings, In-Comm Training, FBC Manby Bowdler, BDO, Guhring and WNT) support the industry

This event is open to everyone from SMEs, manufacturers, engineers, students, companies looking to recruit apprentices or up-skill their current workforce.

The event will demonstrate the benefits of investing in your workforce for a more sustainable future. Employing apprentices and investing in upskilling directly addresses the skills issue that is seen as not only a regional problem but national. Succession planning in your workforce will create a pillar for growth within the business and therefore impact on economic growth.

We will also introduce attendees to In-Comm Training and Manufacturing Group (TMG). The TMG is a support mechanism for SME’s, providing access to world class technologies and expertise from industry leaders that can and will support in gearing them up for industry 4.0.
