This workshop will give you the basic principles of building your brand value from two perspectives: (1) the marketing expert advice on how to build a brand; and (2) the legal advice on how to protect your brand value through the registrable rights: trade marks. We will start with brief presentations from the experts in marketing and intellectual property law. These basic principles will further be illustrated on a case study from a current successful business, planning to rebrand in order to improve its brand visibility on the market. We will then continue with a practical application of these basic principles, focused on your business' needs. Both experts in marketing and intellectual property law will work with the participants throughout the workshop.
